So begins another journey.

 Today is the day!  

Lori and I are awaiting our ride to the airport where we will start our Camino.

We fly first to Seattle, then to Paris, connecting to a flight to Biarritz. We should arrive there about 10:20 pm local time on 9/8. This will be about 24 hours of travel time, including layovers (assuming I calculated that right!).  

Are we excited? Yes! Are we a bit scared? Yes! Did we forget anything?  Probably.  Did we over pack?  Without question.  Will we roll with the situation, put one foot in front of the other and keep going (at our own pace, of course)? Of course, that is a part of the Camino!

We will post again about today's trip and will try to post every day or two while we are walking.  The availability of decent WiFi will determine how often we can post. Stay tuned.
